Quickgen HRM

Support

Help with signing in, check-in, leave, claims and payslips in the Quickgen HRM app.

Getting an account

You cannot sign up in the app. Accounts are issued by your HR team, and you will get a welcome email with your sign-in address. If you have not had one, or the link has expired, contact HR and ask them to resend it.

Common problems

I can't sign in

Check in / Check out isn't working

I forgot to check out

Nothing is lost. Go to Time logs → Log time and claim the hours, saying what happened. It goes to your line manager and then to HR, exactly like a leave request.

My hours or overtime look wrong

Open Attendance and check the sessions for that day first — a missed check-out is the usual cause. If the sessions are right and the total is not, contact HR with the date.

My payslip is missing or looks wrong

Payslips appear once payroll publishes them, which is normally after the month closes. If a published payslip is wrong, open it and raise a dispute from the payslip screen — that routes it to payroll with the payslip attached, which is faster than an email.

My leave balance looks wrong

Leaves → Apply shows your entitlement, what you have used and what has accrued, per category. Approved leave comes off the balance; a cancelled request goes back on. If it still does not match your own count, contact HR with the dates.

The app says my session expired

Sign in again. Sessions expire deliberately — it limits what a lost or stolen phone is worth to whoever finds it.
