Delete Your Account

Option 1 — Delete from within the app

1. Open ELI - AI Wardrobe on your device.
2. Go to Profile → Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm the request. Your account and data will be removed.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you are unable to access the app, email us and we will process the deletion on your behalf. Please send your request from the email address linked to your account, or include the account email/username so we can verify ownership.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the personal data tied to it, including:

• Your account profile and login credentials
• Uploaded photos and wardrobe images
• AI-generated outfits and saved looks
• App preferences and usage history linked to your account

What may be retained

We may retain a limited amount of data where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting purposes. Such data is kept only for as long as legally required and is not used for any other purpose. Anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer identify you may be retained.

Processing time

Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation once your account and data have been removed.
