We collect only the information needed to provide and improve the App:

• Account information — such as your name, email address, and login credentials when you create an account.
• Photos and images — pictures you upload or capture to build your wardrobe and generate AI outfits.
• Content you create — saved looks, outfits, preferences, and wardrobe items.
• Usage and device data — app interactions, device type, operating system, and diagnostic information used to keep the App running reliably.

2. How we use your information

• To create and manage your account.
• To provide core features, including AI-generated outfits and wardrobe management.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the App.
• To respond to support requests and communicate with you.
• To protect against fraud, abuse, and security threats.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information only with:

• Service providers — trusted vendors (such as cloud hosting and AI processing providers) who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal requirements — when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

4. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data, except where we are legally required to retain certain records. See section 6 for details.

5. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information at every stage.

6. Account & data deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time, either from within the App or by contacting us. For full instructions, visit our Account Deletion page. Requests are typically processed within 30 days.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@quickgentech.com.

8. Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
